10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Castle Rock, Colorado in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Each party agrees to waive their right to a trial by jury and instead resolve disputes through arbitration.
